Excel Infotech acts primarily as a Data Processor on behalf
of the educational institutions (the “Institutes” or “Data Fiduciaries”) that
subscribe to our services. We process data entered by authorized institutional
administrators or users:

Institutional & Staff Data: Names, phone numbers,
email addresses, and designations of school/college trustees, admins,
operators, and teachers.

Student Academic Records: Student names, roll numbers,
classes, attendance records, dynamic marksheets, library logs, and
certificate data (L.C. & Bonafide).

Parent & Financial Data: Parent names, contact details,
tracking of due payments, and transaction history generated through our
Online Fee Payment Portal for Parents.

User Account Credentials: Secure login credentials across
our specialized access tiers: Admin, Operator, Teacher, Parent, and Student
portals.

Technical Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, and access
timestamps collected strictly for system auditing, performance maintenance,
and web security.
2. Zero Marketing & Tracking Commitments
To maintain a safe and focused digital learning and administrative environment:

No Third-Party Advertisements: We do not host or display
any commercial advertisements inside our web or desktop applications.

No Google Analytics: We do not employ Google Analytics
or external tracking cookies to monitor user behavior for target marketing.
Any system analytics are kept internal and used exclusively for application
speed, database health (Oracle/MS SQL), and optimization.
3. How We Use the Data
All information is processed strictly to fulfill our contractual obligations
with the subscribing Institute to:

Facilitate automated operations like online admissions, fee collections,
and library updates.

Generate administrative documents, dynamic marksheets, and annual audit
reports.

Provide secure parent-teacher communication frameworks.

Perform automated database backups and emergency recovery procedures to
prevent data loss.
4. Data Sharing & Security

No Commercial Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, trade,
or distribute student or financial data to any third-party marketing agencies.

Payment Gateways: For online fee payments, parents are
securely routed to integrated, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
Excel Infotech does not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords
on its servers.

Database Security: We utilize industry-grade, highly secure
databases (such as Oracle and MS SQL) with online and offline encryption
protocols to block unauthorized access.

Data Sovereignty: In strict compliance with Indian laws,
all institutional datasets, personal profiles, and financial transactions
are hosted entirely on cloud servers located physically within India.
5. Rights of Students, Parents, and Staff
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India,
individual users (Data Principals) hold rights regarding data correction, updates,
and erasure.
Because Excel Infotech processes data under the direction of your school or college,
individual users must submit data modification or deletion requests directly to
their respective Institute’s administrator.
We will promptly assist the Institute in implementing these requests across our
databases.
